Our order processing timeframe is typically 5-15 business days.

Upon successful placement of an order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to provide you with the order details for your review. Please make sure that all the delivery details are accurate.In case there are any mistakes or missing information, we might need to get in touch with you to update the delivery details, and this could slow down the delivery progress.

To keep you informed about the order's progress, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing the respective tracking number(s) so that you can follow up on your order all the way home.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time varies depending on factors such as your geographical location, fluctuations in demand or seasonality, as well as the nature of the product you have purchased.
INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not accountable for failed delivery if your order gets delivered to the wrong/incomplete address, or returned. The orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by themselves, not being returned to us.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

In these circumstances, the best solution we can offer is a 30% partial refund on your order's value or a replacement with a re-shipping fee.
